Whether it's a single room or whole home, we thoughtfully source furnishings and styling accessories to create intentional spaces for joyful living. We can completely transform an existing space to bring the style that's in your head brought to life in your home.

We’ll start with how you want your space to feel and then we’ll ensure every detail reflects it. Every step of the way, your Wildwood team ensures you’re informed, understood, and inspired for what’s to come.

Discovery
We get to know you and your dreams for the space, take a walk through (in person or virtually), and create a detailed proposal of recommendations and specs for your project.
Depending on the size and scope of project, the timeline from inquiry to kickoff will vary. This phase generally moves at a pace you are comfortable with.

Design Development
This is when you get to pour over moodboards, renderings, swatches, and samples that we’ve curated just for you. With your yes, we begin purchasing and ordering furnishings.
Timeline: 8-12 weeks from the date of your kick off meeting, depending on the scope of work.

Construction/Project Management
Over the course of construction, we’ll handle on-site visits and collaborate with tradespeople on your behalf across electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, surfaces, finishes, and more.
Timeline: 12-16 weeks, or up to a year, depending on the scope of work.

Installation
Your Studio Wildwood team coordinates white glove delivery of your furnishings and hand-selected accessories. We style your space to perfection, leaving no detail overlooked.
Depending on the size of your project, there may be more than one installation.

Reveal
They say to be understood is to be loved. That’s why we love Reveal Day so much. It’s our chance to show you we heard you, we get you, and this space is for you. And there’s no greater joy. Following installation, we call you home for the big reveal.
